Before commissioning me you have to agree to my
Terms of Services.
I have the all the rights to decline a commission for any reason and without providing explanation.
I have the rights to change and update my T.O.S at any time.
Users on this list can't get art from me in any ways.
✦ T.O.S ✦
★ Have the rights to use your commission as art example.
★You may re-post your finished commission as long as you credit me and link to the original.
★ I don't like to be rushed, hurrying will lead me to do everything in a hurry.
★ You can use my artwork for avatar just please don't claim as yours and proper credit me.
★ Multiple references are much appreciated.
★ I am a fast worker but work will be slower during school term.
★ Please do not ask for progress daily. ( Only bi-monthly & bi-weekly )
★ Stay cool i won't forget your commission neither on school term.
★ Payment full upfront but anything over $100 can be worked out to half payment.
✦ Payments & Refunds ✦
★I accept Paypal USD and DeviantART Points. Conversion rate is 100 points = $1 USD
★ For Via paypal i'll give an Paypal.me Link in case you can't send through link i'll provide you my E-mail.
★ Non-refundable in any way or excuses, once paid will not be refunded unless I cannot work in your commission.
★ The points shall only be paid through the commission widget unless stated otherwise.
★ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
★ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
★ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will forbidden to ever commission me
and You will be blacklisted for going against the rules.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
★ PAYPAL Please pay in Family & Friends (F&F)OPTION if you don't have F&F then pay an additional $1 to cover the fees that comes with. (ONLY IF THE PRICE DOESN'T HAVE EXTRA CENTS).

BY OWNING A DESIGN FROM ME THIS T.O.S IS AUTOMATICALLY APPLY TO YOU AND THE DESIGN!
You cannot restrict the trading, selling or gifting of my adoptables with your own TOS or rules. The only TOS that will apply to my adopts is this one here, If You cannot FOLLOW THIS RULES please don't adopt a design from me. If you trade, sell or gift away an adopt made by me, the new owner is in no way bound to your trading/selling/gifting policy or other thing.. rules you may apply.
